Triple Naming Ceremony and Delivery
On January 5, 2024, we held naming ceremony for three units of 210,000 DWT Bulk Carriers with Hull Nos.0120839, 0120840 and 0120841 that are built for Himalaya Shipping Ltd. Our CEO Mr. Liu Haijin, Executive Deputy General Manager Mr. Zhang Yuyong, Deputy General Manager & Executive Director Mr. Yuan Heng, President of Himalaya Shipping Ltd. Mr. Tor Olav Trøim, Assistant Manager of MOL Ms. Mina Iizawa, Chairman of Jiangsu Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. Mr. Xiong Xiangen, Deputy CEO of CCB Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. Mr. An Zhicheng, Vice President of BOC Tianjin Branch Mr. Zhang Yidong, Vice President of BOC Jiangsu Branch Ms. Jiang Dong, CEO of SeaQuest Mr. Jan Andersson, Business Manager of Norway Business Development from ABS Mr. Egil Egland and all other VIP guests were present at this ceremony.
Godmother Mrs. Berit Hauge named the vessel 0120839 for "Mount Bandeira".
Godmother Mrs. Cristina Villarreal Fraile named the vessel 0120840 for "Mount Hua".
Godmother Ms. Mina Iizawa named the vessel 0120841 for "Mount Elbrus".
At around 15:00 hours, the closing ceremony for 39# 210000 DWT Bulk Carrier was held at the meeting room of Jinyue International Hotel. Our Executive Deputy General Manager Mr. Zhang Yuyong, Site Manager Mr. Davor Radic and General Manager of Shipping Dept. from Jiangsu Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. Ms. Zhang Xinhang signed the delivery documents. The vessel was smoothly and successfully delivered by us and accepted by the Owner.
